    We read the national record every month.LINZ parcels and titles, Herenga ā Nuku road classification, land cover since 1996, land use, rivers, protected areas, the coast and elevation. Every source is dated and hashed.

    Published rules decide every link.Road frontage counts at 5 m or more of shared boundary within 0.5 m. Nothing is guessed, and no AI decides that a record concerns a block.
  3. 03
    Gaps are shown as gaps.Where a dataset doesn’t cover a district, the report says so. A gap is never shown as “no risk”.
